The Court ordered the following deadlines to get the case to a hearing:
- Cross-examination on all Affidavits (Main Application) by February 15, 2022
- CCFR to serve and file Notice of Motion and Affidavits for Injunction (Extend Amnesty) by February 21, 2022 (done)
- Respondents to serve and file Affidavits for Injunction (Extend Amnesty) by March 7, 2022 (not done)
- Cross-examination on all Affidavits (Extend Amnesty) by March 14, 2022 (not done)
- Amnesty voluntarily extended in the face of out application
- CCFR to serve and file Motion Record for Injunction (Extend Amnesty) by March 21, 2022 (not required)
- Respondents to serve and file Motion Record for Injunction (Extend Amnesty) by April 4, 2022 (Not Needed)
- Cross-Examination of Murray Smith on April 8, 2022
- Oral Hearing for Injunction (Extend Amnesty) on April 11, 2022 (Not Needed)
- Applicants to serve and file all Motion Records (Main Application) by April 25, 2022
- Respondents to serve and file Motion Record (Main Application) by June 3, 2022
- All Affidavits in reply to Intervenors’ Applications served and filed by June 10, 2022
- Cross-examination on all Affidavits in the Intervenors’ Applications by June 24, 2022
