We’ve planned a full day of disclosure, discussion and dining for our members to enjoy. This unforgettable day will have something for everyone, all for an affordable ticket price at a central location. Of course we’ll be livestreaming the AGM business meeting itself, as always, to keep us accountable to our members.

10:00am – 11:30am: Annual Business Meeting for Members
* Please note that all current CCFR members are entitled to attend the CCFR Business Meeting free of charge. Proof of membership will be required prior to entry.

11:30am – 1:00pm: Break for lunch – guests are welcome to enjoy the break on their own. There are a number of great options within the hotel or close by:

1:00pm – 2:30pm: AMA with Rod & Tracey
This popular “Ask me Anything” helps provide members with direct access to our team and keeps us accountable to our supporters. Bring your questions, come hear stories we’ve never told anyone before and find out what’s coming next for the CCFR!!

2:45pm – 3:15pm: Keynote Speaker - Sheila Gunn Reid
Sheila Gunn Reid is the Alberta Bureau Chief for Rebel News and host of the weekly The Gunn Show with Sheila Gunn Reid. She's a mother of three, conservative activist, and the author of best-selling books including Stop Notley. Sheila is a licensed gun owner and has done extensive coverage on our topic. A witty and engaging speaker who has the ability to inject humour into even the most complex issues, she’s interviewed our very own Rod & Tracey many times.

3:15pm – 4:15pm: Fireside chat with Randy Arsenault, Rod & Tracey
“Officer Arsenault” is our favourite notorious public safety professional. Blog TO wrote a great piece on him titled “This Toronto Police Officer is super famous on Instagram and TikTok”. Randy brings a unique perspective to the debate as a former law enforcement professional and Human Rights Commissioner. A gifted story teller with the moto “If I don’t educate, I at least hope to entertain”, Arsenault has over a million social media followers, is a passionate advocate for mental health issues and uses his front line experience to create meaningful conversations that saves lives. His funny, wholesome videos have over 250 million views and he’s the host of a popular “straight talk” podcast: Canada Off Script.

4:15pm: Doors closed for dinner setup - Please clear the room

6:00pm: Doors open for cocktails (Cash bar)

7:00pm: Dinner is served, banquet and social (Try our Strikeman Laser Range!)

Reservations available for dates: May 22-24, 2026

Rate: $199.00 per night plus taxes for single or double occupancy and subject to $2.00 eco fee, and local taxes.
Rate guaranteed until April 22, 2026. Availability guaranteed at the time of reservation. Please BOOK EARLY as Hotel will likely be sold out due to concurrent events in the area. Room rates are subject to 13% HST, taxable 6% Mat Tax and a taxable $2.00 per night Eco Fee. All rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are non-commissionable. Rates are net and based on single or double occupancy.

Individuals are responsible for booking their own reservations.

Reservations can be made by telephone at 1-800-SANDMAN (1-800-726-3626). Individuals will need to quote the BLOCK ID #623408 to receive the special group rate.

Individuals are responsible for paying for their own rooms. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Individual room cancellation allowed 48 hours prior to arrival date, no-shows will be charged.

Check in/out: Check in time begins at 3:00 pm the day of scheduled arrival. Rooms may be checked into prior to 3:00 pm based on availability but not guaranteed. Check out is 12:00 pm the day of scheduled departure. Exceptions to these times must be discussed and approved in writing prior to the date’s arrival. Valid photo ID and credit card required upon check in.
